When did the arceus event happen?
Nintendo Power has revealed the Arceus event dates for players of the American versions of the Pokémon games Pokémon Diamond, Pearl and Platinum. The event will take place Nov. 7-15 at Toys "R" Us stores in the United States and Puerto Rico.

Shiny Arceus has to be hacked, it can't exist legally, or legitimately; same goes for Xerneas. For Arceus to be in X, it would have to have been a legal Pokémon in a Generation V game, transferred up to Generation VI, and then turned shiny by way of Powersaves.
